Greeted with a smile as soon as we reached the steps outside! An absolutely wonderful experience!l I’ve dealt with many dealerships, but Ottos definitely takes first place. I’m not gonna lie, it took a lot to get me in the vehicle I wanted. They put a lot of work in making sure I qualified. I was a little worried ,that when I pointed out some things I was concerned about;a little bit of detail work here and there some minor Issues that most dealerships will say “well there’s nothing we could really do about that”, well I was worried I would get the same response about my concerns….not at ! Rob and Skye wanted to make sure that customers leave satisfied. They were funny, kind, considerate, respectful, and very helpful because I was having a hard time getting things together (paper wise. ) Skye, Rob, and Tracy, thanks again for for making our car shopping so simple.
